My fiancée and I closed on a house in May of 2023. Being first time buyers we were very new to the process, strategy, and stress of securing a home.

When it came to closing, he made himself available at any moment to visit the home and when we finally received our keys, he made sure to shower our new home with gifts representing our interests.

In a city where homes receive upwards of 10 offers in a weekend, having your bid stand out was the difference between closing and resuming a strenuous search. We couldn’t be more thankful, losing out on this home would have been tough.
